Big K.R.I.T. – Return Of 4Eva [Review]

’11 XXL Freshman Big K.R.I.T. has released his digital album, Return Of 4Eva earlier this evening. Listening to this reminds me of Big Boi in the early days of Outkast. On “Rise & Shine” K.R.I.T. states that he’s praying for the future because he’s dealing with the past. “Dreamin'” shows K.R.I.T. rapping about following his dreams as he was growing up. David Banner shows up on the party anthem “Sookie Now”. K.R.I.T. explains how life is EQ of highs & lows on “Highs & Lows”. On “King’s Blues”, K.R.I.T. talks the struggles that goes on in his life.

The beats on this 21 track set is full of the music that the South is known for having and it seems as if fans were anticipating this release. After listening to it, the music and subject matter are put together nicely. This should hold fans over until he releases his official album.
