NFL Week 3: Too Close For Comfort

Wow with the exception of two games (Ravens win and Giants win), most of these games were decided by 10 points or less. Don’t know what happened with New England and Minnesota. Both had big leagues over Buffalo and Detroit respectively, only for both teams to come back and win. San Fran and Cincinnati literally bored me to tears. The Poker game behind us was more exciting than that bore fest. Washington has dropped from the ranks of the unbeaten. That MNF game against Dallas was very sloppy. But hey, everyone in the NFC East is in first place. Ha! Green Bay’s still undefeated but that’s not really a surprise for the reigning Super Bowl champs.

Torrey Smith – Starting for the injured Lee Evans, the rookie had a career game against the St. Louis Rams. 5 rec, 152 yds and 3 TD’s. Hopefully he’ll shine against J-E-T-S next Sunday night.

Darren McFadden – Run-DMC is having a monster season out in Oakland. Ran for 171 and 2 scores.

Wes Welker – 217 yds receiving against Buffalo is making folks starting to wonder why OchoCinco was even signed there.

Robert Irsay – I’m sure old Baltimore Colts fans are laughing at you but seriously why are you trying to downplay Peyton Manning’s injury? December comeback? Let that man neck heal in peace. We all know that you are in the running for the Andrew Luck sweepstakes.

Fantasy Football Owners – You lose Jamaal Charles last week and then Kenny Britt this week. Dreams of you winning that cash league are starting to fade huh?

Terrell Owens and Randy Moss – Phone hasn’t rang huh? Yeah… it’s a wrap.
